THE GROUND FLOOR
The Entrance on the ground floor is directly in an open space including living room, dining room and American kitchen.
The living room with 2 comfortable sofas (with 1 sofa bed for extra bed) faces the fireplace and the multimedia section.
A large flat screen TV is available with TNT or satellite. This TV is connected to an audio amplifier to watch in movie mode. This audio system is also equipped with a possible connection by Bluetooth which will play the music stored on your Bluetooth compatible electronic equipment. Apple TV device can play or rent videos stored on Iphone or Ipad.
• A designer extending table stands comfortably for 10 people.
The large kitchen is equipped with all comforts: fridge, freezer, microwave, gas burner, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and espresso bean maker.
A utility room next to the kitchen helps do the laundry and store food and drinks.
THE FLOOR
The upper floor consists of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.
3 bedrooms for couples contain comfortable beds 160cmX200cm.
The 4th bedroom, called “children's bedroom”, consists of 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed for 2 separate beds or 1 joint. A room for 4 children or 1 couple with 2 children.
ACTIVITIES
The exterior extends over 2000m2 of fenced land with various species. A large swimming pool (heated or cooled depending on temperature) is available exclusively. For older athletes, a pétanque track is also available.
The exterior consists of 3 garden tables for 4 people, 9 sun loungers, barbecue grill and gas plancha.
A garage that can accommodate a car. On the property, the possibility of parking accommodates many vehicles.
From the house, hiking trails take you into the mountains (Mont d'Aurélien or Sainte Baume). 2 mountain bikes available will crisscross the hilly surroundings.
